Fair and transparent price

$60/hour.

That's our rate. Every client, every location, every city. The rate in Manhattan is the rate in our smallest market — we might be the only cleaning company in the country that can say that. It includes everything — your cleaner's wages, taxes, insurance, supplies, training, and the team that manages it all. No setup fees, no surcharges, no fine print.

Why is our price  on our website?

Try finding a price on any other cleaning company's site. You'll find a form. 'Request a quote.' 'Talk to sales.' The price depends on the call — which means the price depends on you.

We think you should be able to know what cleaning costs the way you know what anything else costs: by looking.

How much will you  pay?

That's just the rate times the hours. If you already know your configuration — say, one cleaner, two hours, Monday through Friday — the math is: 10 hours a week × $60 = $600 per week for that location.

Where the $60 goes

We'd rather you be a knowledgeable buyer than an impressed one. Here's what an hour of professional cleaning is made of:

An hour of cleaning
Amount
What it covers
Your cleaner's wage
Your cleaner's wage
Varies by market, seniority, and performance. Our cleaners are employees, and our best cleaners earn more here every year they stay.
Payroll taxes
$3
We pay them. Companies that treat cleaners as contractors are handing this bill to the cleaner.
Workers comp & disability insurance
$5
If a cleaner gets hurt in your space, that's covered — and it's never your problem.
Recruiting, training & management
$6
Finding great cleaners, training them for your type of space, and managing them onsite and remotely — every visit, every day.
The people behind your cleaner
$3

About cheaper quotes

You'll find companies that charge $45–55/hour. That number is possible — you just have to remove things from the hour. Usually it's the cleaner's pay. Sometimes the insurance. Often the management.

Now you know what's inside our hour. Ask them what's inside theirs.
