As Monos expanded from its Canadian roots into major U.S. markets, maintaining its pristine, gallery-like retail became a challenge. The ongoing retail cleaning program provided customized weekly or biweekly schedules to keep stores camera-ready and aligned with Monos’ high visual and brand standards. For product launches and influencer events, Slate offered responsive, on-demand cleaning before and after each activation. With a single point of contact coordinating all store cleanings across cities, Monos’ operations team could rely on one trusted partner to manage every detail smoothly.
