How can I check the status of my order?

You can check your Wardrobe status online at slatenyc.com by logging in to your account and clicking on "Status Bar".

The Status Bar tracks every step of the process for you, from pickup request to clean clothes delivery.

The stages in the Status Bar are:

• Pickup Requested - if you have requested a pickup it'll show here.  Pickups can be one-time or recurring.
• Pickup Scheduled - once our dispatch department assigns either a driver or a FedEx currier it'll show here
• Picked Up - when your hamper has been picked up by FedEx it'll show here
• @ Slate - when your hamper arrives at Slate it'll show here
• Sorted - after our sorting department sorts your clothes you'll be able to see a list of what was in your hamper here
• Packaged - after we've processed your clothes and package them this part of the Status Bar will be red
• In Transit - when either FedEx or our driver has taken your order from Slate this part will turn red
• Delivered
