What is the cleaning/preservation process?

The process of cleaning your gown starts with picking it up (either through FedEx or with our driver if you live in Manhattan), having our expert cleaner and tailor analyze it (checking for stains and damages), covering or removing anything that might snag inside the machine, cleaning, spotting, pressing, finishing, and packing.
